Delivery Options

We deliver to all location within Continental US, Alaska and Hawaii. Please note that we are unable to deliver to PO Boxes or destinations outside of US.

 

Continental US

We aim to despatch your order within 48 working hours, payment verification and stock permitting. Indirect Signature service is available for orders within Continental US. This is charged at an additional $2.00 per order. Please note that this service is only available for residential delivery addresses. All orders are delivered by our shipping partner FedEx.

We cannot ship or bill orders outside of the United States, or accept credit cards issued from a bank outside of the United States.

A business day is Monday to Friday, except holidays.
 

Returns Procedure

 

Returns and Exchanges

We hope that your order will be just what you want. However, if you change your mind about any products in your order you can return them for any reason within 28 days for an exchange or refund.

If you wish to return a Radley item purchased anywhere other than this website, you should return the item to the place of original purchase. Items purchased online must be returned to the address provided below and will not be accepted in stores.

 

How to Return or Exchange a Product

 

Complete the Returns form indicating why you are returning your product(s) and if you would like an exchange or refund.
Ship the unused product (in its original packaging including the dog tag, dust bag and labels) with this card inside the box and send to:

Please note that products returned for exchanges and refunds are done so at your own cost and the delivery charge on the original order is non-refundable.
We suggest you choose an insured carrier to return your product such as UPS, Fedex or USPS.
If you request an exchange we will contact you by telephone or email to refund the original order and arrange the exchange. This will involve placing a new order and taking payment details from you again.

 

How to Return Damaged or Defective Product

If your goods are damaged or defective please follow this procedure:

Contact our Customer Service team by email at onlinestore@radleylondon.com or call 877-210- 1278 Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm EST, so that we may advise how you should return the product to us.
If you request a refund or exchange due to faulty goods, we will assess the faulty products. If appropriate we will either refund you the value of the product and the original delivery charge, or action an exchange for which you will not be charged additional postage.
We will contact you to let you know that your refund or exchange has been processed.

 

If your goods become Defective

Radley products are made to the highest standards, with rigorous quality control checks made throughout the manufacturing process. Please be aware that leather is a natural product and a level of marking on the hide is to be expected. We consider this an important aspect of each Radley product’s individuality.

Where products do not perform to expected quality standards we offer the following guarantees:

Handbags and Small Leather Goods: 1 year from date of purchase
Luggage Items: 2 years from date of purchase

This guarantee covers faults caused by manufacturing or the material used. It does not cover normal wear and tear or misuse. If a problem develops with a product during regular use, please contact our Customer Services Team on, 9am to 5pm EST, Monday to Friday or email onlinestore@radleylondon.com.
