Placing an Order

Making a purchase is easy. Just follow these simple steps:

After the submission of your order to Radley London, you will receive and an order confirmation email within twenty-four (24) hours confirming that your order has been received. This order confirmation does not guarantee that stock will available nor does it confirm the acceptance of your order.

Amending your order

You are able to correct errors on your order up to the point at which you click on ‘Submit Order’ on the Payment Page of our ordering process.

Unfortunately we are unable to amend/change orders once they have been submitted. Therefore if you are unhappy with your order details you will be required to cancel your original order and place a new order with the correct details. You may find there are changes to your delivery timescale and/or the price you pay for the item (as you'll be charged the current selling price on the day you amend or cancel the order).

Stock Availability

All items are subject to availability. Our website tracks our inventory position and generally we only offer product on our website that is available to sell. On occasions when the product is not available or has recently sold out, we will inform you within three (3) to five (5) business days of your order placement that the goods are not available.

Payment

Your credit card will be charged as soon as you click the ‘Submit Order’ button on the Payment page. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept credit card whose primary mailing address is outside of the United States of America.

The description of the goods, services, price, applicable state sales tax and delivery costs are set out on the order page. Orders shall be accepted at Radley’s sole discretion but are normally accepted once credit card authorization has been confirmed, and stock levels have been confirmed Please note that all prices shall be in United States Dollars ($USD)

Acceptance and Shipment of your Order

The acceptance of all orders are subject to credit check and inventory availability. Radley reserves the right to refuse an order for any reason. Upon shipping your order, Radley will notify you by email within 24-48 hours of shipment but in most cases as soon as the shipment is scheduled with our carrier. This email will act as your order acceptance and your delivery confirmation. Purchases made on our website are for the personal or gift use of the buyer only and are not to be used for re-sale, commercial purposes or any other commercial benefit. Radley reserves the right to restrict multiple quantities of an item being shipped to any one customer or postal address.

Delivery Charge

All shipments are sent via ground shipment unless an expedited shipment method is requested for the continental United States. Please refer to our website (www.radleylondon.com) and click on “Delivery and Returns” page for current delivery pricing. Please note that the delivery charge on the original order is non-refundable unless the purchased Radley London product is defective. All shipments to Alaska and Hawaii are shipped via FedEx ground service. If your order includes more than one (1) item and Radley cannot ship the entire order in one shipment, the delivery charge will apply only to initial/first shipment. In most cases, Radley ships all ordered items in a single shipment.

We aim to ship your order within two (2) to three (3) business days after submission of the order pending payment verification and stock permitting. We anticipate it will take four (4) to six (6) working days for your order to reach you via Federal Express ground service depending upon your location within the continental United States.

Delivery and Warranty Arrangements

Radley will deliver to all physical addresses in the United States. Radley cannot accept orders and deliver to Puerto Rico. All delivery designations must have a physical address as Radley products cannot be delivered to a PO Box or APO addresses.

We aim to ship your order within two (2) to three (3) business days after submission of the order pending payment verification and stock permitting.

Radley will use reasonable efforts to deliver the goods or services within the times indicated. However, where delivery times and dates are given, these are for general guidance only and Radley will not be held liable for late delivery of goods caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control. It is important that the delivery addresses and email addresses supplied by you to Radley are accurate. Confirmation of delivery from FedEx shall serve as proof of delivery for all product orders.

You may send your order "Signature required". On the Payment/Order Review Page, simply click the checkbox below the shipping options in checkout: "Require a signature upon delivery of this order" An additional charge of $2.00 per shipment will apply. Signature required is not included in Free Shipping Promotions. FedEx will obtain a signature in one of three ways:

From any person at the delivery address or from a neighbour, building manager or other person at a neighbouring address or the recipient can sign a FedEx door tag authorizing release of the package without anyone present.

If FedEx is unable to obtain a signature you will be responsible for contacting FedEx to arrange another delivery attempt or in some cases you may be able to arrange a pick up from your local FedEx office. In most cases, FedEx will attempt to deliver multiple times.

Radley will use reasonable efforts to ensure that the Radley products ordered by you will meet the description as shown on Radley London’s website. Radley will not have any responsibility for any loss or damage which occurs to the goods after delivery. Please note that smaller items may be shipped in a Radley jiffy bag.

Delays

Occasionally, the delivery of your order may be delayed. This can be for various reasons out of Radley London’s control such as import delays or higher than anticipated demand. Radley shall use reasonable efforts to keep you informed of delayed orders. Orders which have a different billing and shipping address may also be subject to delays while Radley may be required to perform additional credit checks.

Radley will not be held responsible for delays and cancellations where the data supplied by customer is incorrect or inadequate.

Cancellation or Return of Products

You shall have the opportunity to cancel an order prior to the time it is allocated for shipment. If you wish the cancel the order prior to when it is allocated for shipment please contact us via email at onlinestore@radleylondon.com or phone us toll free at 1-877-210-1278.

In the event that your order has been shipped, you must take reasonable care of all delivered goods in your possession and return them to Radley, appropriately packaged to avoid damage, within twenty-eight (28)days from the date of shipment from Radley’s warehouse.

You shall be responsible for all costs in returning the returned goods to Radley, except in the case of defective Radley products. Items purchased online must be returned to our Online Returns Department at the address seen below. Items cannot be returned to Radley London stores.

Radley recommends that all goods returned to Radley are sent by insured delivery. Radley cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit. . No refund or replacement of any payments made in relation to the goods returned will be made until they are back in our possession and inspected.

Refunds

For all returns, except where the item is defective or shipped in error by Radley, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the products to us.

Items purchased online must be returned to the Online Returns Department. This address can be seen in the Cancellation and Return Rights section. Online purchases cannot be returned to Radley stores.

When returning items to Radley you are strongly recommended to obtain proof of delivery. Radley cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.

Radley is unable to issue a refund or replacement until the goods are back in Radley’s possession. A refund will be issued within fifteen (15) business days from the time the goods are in Radley’s possession. The credit card used for the original purchase will be credited with the original price. If there are any problems with your refund, a member of Radley’s customer care team will contact you.

Trademarks

All trademarks, service marks, trade names, logos, trade dress, icons and domain names (collectively "Marks") located on this Site are the property of Radley, its parent or affiliate entities, their respective licensors or other third parties. You may not use, copy, reproduce, republish, transmit, distribute, or modify the Marks of Radley or its parent or affiliate entities in any way, without Radley's prior express written consent. The use of any of the Marks on any other website or network computer environment, for example the storage or reproduction of the Site (or any part of) in any external internet site is prohibited, without the express written consent of Radley. Non Commercial Use

This Site is for your personal, non-commercial use only. Radley has taken every care in the preparation of the content of this website, in particular to ensure that prices quoted are correct at time of publishing and all products have been fairly described. However, orders will only be accepted if there are no material errors in the description of the goods or their prices as advertised on this website. All prices are displayed are exclusive of applicable sales tax which will be calculated at time of check out. . Packaging may vary from that shown. The weights, dimensions and capacities given are approximate only. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear on the website. However, as the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will accurately reflect the color of the product on delivery. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

To the fullest extent permitted by law, these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts (excluding its conflicts of laws principals), and you agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. You agree that any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to your use of the Site must be filed within one year after such claim or cause of action arose. If any portion of these Terms and Conditions become void, it will not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
