U.S. Shipping Times & Costs

Please note: We are unable to ship to U.S. P.O. Boxes, APO, FPO, or DPO addresses, or to hotels at this time.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been placed, you’ll receive an order confirmation email. Your order will then be prepared for shipment.

If tracking is available, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking details. You can also check your order status through your customer account or by using the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email.

Your order may show the following Shopify order statuses:

• Confirmed: Your order has been placed, but it has not shipped yet.
• On its way: Your order has been fulfilled or partially fulfilled, and the shipment is in transit.
• Out for delivery: Your shipment has arrived in your area and should be delivered soon.
• Delivered: Your shipment has been delivered.
• Attempted delivery: The carrier tried to deliver your package but was unable to complete the delivery.

You can view your order details in My Account. If you do not already have an account, you can register here to save your details for faster checkout in the future.

Shipping Carriers

U.S. orders are shipped with FedEx or USPS. The carrier used for your order will depend on your delivery address and the shipping service selected.

If carrier text updates are available for your shipment, you may receive SMS updates directly from the carrier. Please make sure your mobile number is entered correctly at checkout.

Duties & Taxes

Orders shipping to U.S. addresses are shipped from within the U.S., so no import duties are charged at delivery for U.S. orders.

Please make sure your shipping address and ZIP code are entered correctly. Incorrect address details may delay delivery.
