TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR THE RADLEY LONDON CUSTOMER SURVEY PRIZE DRAW (THE “PRIZE DRAW”)
a. The Prize Draw is organised and run by Radley + Co Ltd (“Radley”), who can be contacted at Etheridge Avenue, Brinklow, Milton Keynes, MK10 0BP.
b. By entering this Prize Draw, you agree to these Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) and any decisions reached by Radley, which are final and binding in all matters related to this Prize Draw.
c. The Prize Draw will run from 00:01 GMT on 02.01.23 until 23:59 GMT on 02.08.23 (the “Prize Draw Period”).
2. Who can enter the Prize Draw?
a. Participants must be aged 16 or over and a resident in the UK with a UK postal address.
b. This Prize Draw is not open to directors, members, partners, employees, agents or consultants of Radley, any person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by Radley, or any supplier of goods or services in connection with the Prize Draw, or their spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members.
c. By entering the Prize Draw, you hereby warrant that all information submitted by you is true, current and complete. Radley reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all participants and disqualify a participant for submitting false information.
3. How does the Prize Draw work?
a. No purchase is necessary to enter the Prize Draw and entry is free. To enter the Prize Draw, participants must complete the online survey at [add url]. An “Entry”) (being “Entries” when referred to in the plural).
b. Participants can only enter the Prize Draw once. If a participant submits multiple Entries, only the first Entry will be entered into the Prize Draw. If a submission fails to satisfy any or all requirements of an Entry, it will not be counted as a valid Entry and will be void.
c. All Entries must be received by Radley during the Prize Draw Period or they will be void. Radley will not accept responsibility for:
i. Entries that are lost, mislaid, damaged or delayed in transit, regardless of cause, including, for example, as a result of any postal failure, equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems, satellite, network, server, computer hardware or software failure of any kind; or
ii. any change in dates, times or cancellations or other arrangements that may prevent a winner from accepting, taking or using a Prize.
d. On 02.09.23, one (1) winner will be selected at random, using a random computer-generated process, from all valid Entries received.
e. The winner will be contacted by a representative of Radley via the email address that they used to enter the Prize Draw within five (5) days of the end of the Prize Draw Period (the “Notification”).
f. The winner has five (5) days to respond to the Notification and claim the Prize (the “Claim Period”). The winner will also need to provide Radley with any further information as requested by Radley within the Claim Period, in accordance with the instructions in the Notification. In the event that the winner fails to respond to the Notification within the Claim Period, this will result in the forfeit of the Prize and an alternative winner will be selected.
g. The Prize will be sent to the email address provided by the winner within thirty (30) days of the winner responding to the Notification.
h. If a winner is found to be ineligible or fails to comply with the Terms, then the winner may, in Radley’s sole discretion, be disqualified and an alternative winner will be selected.
a. There will be one (1) winner.
b. The winner will be entitled to receive one voucher for £250/$300 to use on Radley.co.uk / Radleylondon.com.
c. The prize stated in clause 4(b) are subject to availability.
d. The Prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and has a cash value of zero. The Prize is for personal use only and not for resale. The Prize may be forfeited in the event that Radley determines that the Prize is being misused. Radley reserves the right to substitute a Prize of an equal or greater value in its absolute discretion.
a. Radley reserves the right to amend the rules of the Prize Draw, to withdraw the Prize Draw at any time if circumstances beyond its control make this unavoidable, or to cancel the Prize in the event of non-compliance with these Terms.
b. The decision of Radley regarding any aspect of the Prize Draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
c. The winner’s name and geographic location will be made available. The winner will have the right to object to this information being published or to request a reduction in the amount of information being published. Radley may be required to provide this information to the relevant regulatory authorities.
d. Radley may contact participants using the email address supplied in their Entry for administrative purposes relating to this Prize Draw.
e. If you have elected to be added to Radley’s email database, you will also receive promotional emails with offers, news, products and information. You can unsubscribe at any time.
g. Participants are encouraged to read these Terms in conjunction with Radley’s online terms and conditions at www.radley.co.uk.
h. The Prize may become unavailable due to events outside of Radley’s control. In such an event, Radley will endeavour to provide a substitution for the Prize.
i. Radley is not responsible for any costs associated with the Prize that are not included in these terms.
j. With the exception of liability which cannot be excluded by law, Radley is not liable for, and you release Radley from, liabilities relating to any direct or indirect loss or damage which is suffered as a result of entering the Prize Draw, accepting or using the Prize.
