The Gift Edit: Team Radley’s Festive Picks

30 October 2023

Wouldn’t it be nice if gift shopping was as easy as finding styles for ourselves? Well, now it is. No, it’s not a Christmas miracle, it’s our Gift Edit. A curated selection of designs for everyone, from mini stocking fillers to luxurious under-the-tree surprises. All made with our signature attention to detail. These are gifts you’ll be proud to give and receive.

If you’re looking for inspiration, keep reading to find out what gifts our Design Team will be wrapping up this year. (If you’re related to one of our Designers, look away now.)

First up, it’s Alice.

What will you be gifting this year?

“I’ll be giving my sister the Party Pals water bottle, because she has three children and is always on the go. It’s the perfect gift for someone who has a busy life.”

A great choice to use all year round. This bottle is made using insulating stainless steel, so it’ll keep chilled drinks cold, and will even keep your cup of tea hot long after the school run is finished.

And what are you hoping to find under the tree?

“I’d love the Go Where The Stars Take You sleep set! And it would be perfect paired with the Radley & Friends slippers for really cosy and relaxing evenings. I might start dropping some hints.”

Just imagine stepping out of those fluffy fabric slippers and getting into bed with that sumptuous satin pillowcase and eye mask. This combination is sure to help everyone get the most peaceful slumber.

Next, it’s Sophie.

Hi Sophie. What will you be gifting this year?

“I would give my mum a Radley scarf, because they’re super soft and super luxurious. But I can’t choose between all the colours, they’ll all look amazing with a dark coat.”

It’s true. Our Fluffy Check scarves are soft and luxurious. And did we mention they’re sustainable too? They’re crafted using recycled polyester, made from plastic bottles that we’ve saved from going into landfill. So they’re part of our Radley Responsible collection, which you can read all about over on our Sustainability hub.

And what are you hoping to receive this year, Sophie?

“I would love to find the Radley Star compact mirror in my stocking. It’s the perfect size to keep in any handbag and it’s really colourful and fun.”

A great present for any glamorous friend. And just in time for New Year’s Eve parties, as our mini leather mirrors are perfect for fixing make-up when on-the-go.

Your turn, Dani.

What will you be gifting this year?

“I would give my mum the Dukes Place purse. She has a Radley London matinee that she uses every day, so I know she’d adore this smaller shape in black leather.”

Another member of our iconic Dukes Place family, designed with a few of the same signature features and expertise in leather as the matching bags. Find out why these styles are some of our biggest bestsellers in the Making of a Hero Handbag blog.

And what are you hoping to find under the tree?

“I’d love the new Pockets Icon cross body. It’s the perfect size for my phone and keys and in our bright Begonia red, it will look amazing with any of my winter coats.”

Any fan of our Pockets 2.0 handbags will recognise this new edition. With the same durable smooth leather, curved pocket and heritage tapered leather strap, it’s just like the original icon in a new compact size (and with the name it deserves).

Over to Sally.

What will you be gifting this year?

“I would get my husband the playing cards as we always take cards on holiday with us. And the 1000-piece jigsaw would be perfect for my father-in-law. He’s obsessed with them. He always has one on the go.”

It sounds like your father-in-law might be a pro at puzzles, Sally. Perhaps he can help us finish off the rest of the Party Pals scene, which you’ll also see across this year’s Christmas picture bag. Handmade with signature leather techniques, this festive edition is the best way to delight the collector in your life this season. You can read about crafting the Party Pals picture bag over on Radley Stories

And what are you hoping to find under the tree, Sally?

“I’d also love a scarf or the Fluffy Check blanket. They’re beautifully made and would be really handy to have around the house this time of year, as they’re so big you can throw one over you when you get cold.”

Found all you need in our Gift Edit? Ticking everyone off your list deserves a celebration and we’ve got just the thing.
